Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including hygiene liners and tags).

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened, worn, or used underwear for hygiene reasons.

Clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return is rejected (e.g., used or damaged), we will notify you via email.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@dryform.com.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
