Shipping Methods and Times
We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS). Orders are processed depending on item availability and payment approval. During high-volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Please note that shipping times do not include the standard 1–3 business days processing time it takes for the order to ship out.
We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day.
Does DryForm ship internationally?
Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries.
Where is my item coming from?
Most of DryForm’s in-stock products are shipped from our US warehouse.
Since we also ship to different countries, we’ve partnered with top manufacturers and distributors around the globe to ensure that only products of the highest quality standards are delivered to you in no time. For presale orders and international orders, you may receive the item from any of these warehouses. Different warehouses mean that sometimes your order may come in different packages at different times. No worries—we’ll keep you informed with the tracking numbers of each package.
How do I track my order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the shipment tracking information. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link in the email. Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate email notification for each shipment.
It will be sent to the email you used when placing the order. If you are unable to track your order, please email support@dryform.store with your order number.
P.O. Boxes or APO Boxes
Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Lost Package
Please contact us at support@dryform.store if you have not received your delivered order or if it has been lost in transit by the carrier. We would be happy to assist.
